We have a fully furnished room available in our large modern 2-storey family home in beautiful Cromwell, close to the town centre and lake.
Room includes: • Queen bed with bedding supplied • Drawers & large built-in wardrobe • Heater • TV with Smart Device (use your own Netflix etc.)
Bathroom shared with other female only.
The well-equipped modern kitchen is shared with our friendly household.
House features include: • Outdoor saltwater pool • Hot tub • Outdoor BBQ areas
• Power & gas, unlimited Wi-Fi, all external costs included
💲 $220 per week – Single
Maximum of 2 tenants only.
Although we are cat and dog friendly, sorry no additional pets accepted.

About us: We’re a middle-aged couple,airing on old 🙃young at heart and semi-retired, now enjoying a quieter chapter with all the kids grown up and moved out of our large family home.
We enjoy a relaxed, respectful, and friendly household environment — social when it suits, while still valuing everyone’s own space and privacy. The home is clean, comfortable, and definitely not a party house.
This would suit someone easygoing, considerate, and looking for a peaceful place to call home in Cromwell.
