Master bedroom in our Kingsland/Morningside flat will be available in early October (may be some flexibility for an earlier move in date). The room is huge, and catches the sun all day (your houseplants will thrive). It has a large built in wardrobe, and beautiful features like a high ceiling, a decorative fireplace, and shelving. You’d have room for a large bed, drawers, sofa and space to spare. The flat has tons of space - we have a large kitchen and two large living areas, which open up onto a deck and garden. The place has lots of character - a fireplace, stained glass windows, and hardwood floors. There is also off-road parking for about 5 cars, secure behind a fence and automated gate, and under house storage. Lawns are taken care of by our landlords, who are great. We’re well-connected to Kingsland (about a 5 minute walk), Morningside (under 5 minute walk), and all the great bars and cafes they have to offer. The motorway is close by, and you have the choice of frequent buses or the train to head into the city (stops are about 2 minutes away).

You would be sharing the flat with three girls in their late 20s, and Remy, our rescue cat. We all work full-time, but enjoy getting together after work or on the weekends to binge a Netflix series, play board games, and/or have a drink.
