We are searching for a single person to fill in the room my partner and I are in now as we are regretfully having to leave this property prematurely.

Lease is ending 23 January 2023. Options to extend if you desire.

As you can see from the photos, the lounge is mostly furnished, but the two large grey chairs will be coming with us, as well as the dryer in the corner and the big shoe rack.

There is a deck out front, three bedrooms and a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The medium room is $160 for a single person. The price excluding bills. The size of the room is 3.64m x 2.5m.

Very close to the motorway leading all directions and in between Lynfield, New Lynn, Avondale, Mt Albert and Mt Roskill.

The flat is also in charge of garden maintenance/mowing.

Strictly no pets or smokers.

The three people you’ll be moving in with are a recently married, mid-20s couple and a mid 20s single female. All are easy going and keep the place tidy. They enjoy the odd drinks/activity night with each other but mostly keep to themselves as a lot of the time they’re not all home at once. They enjoy video games, movies, anime, music and other similar activities.
