Stand-alone 3 bedroom house.

Toilet and bathroom are separate rooms. Shower has good pressure.

1min drive to eastern highway. 3min walk to pakuranga mall & bus stops.

Safe, quiet area. Been here for 4+ years.

2 existing flatmates (couple) with a cat.

We are only renting out the one room, no other flatmates.

Comes with an off-street carpark.

Very large room. It’s the master bedroom of the house. 3.75m x 3.35m. Big double wardrobe.

Unfurnished. Bring your own furniture.

The room is quiet as it’s the furthest from the lounge and kitchen.

Bills additional, split 3 ways (power/wifi internet/water). Move out notice is 2 weeks.

==== Preferred flatmate ====

Someone laid back, easy to get along with.

Someone reasonably clean and tidy, that pays bills on time.

Students welcome. Not a party house.

LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome.

Smokers okay, just keep it outside. We don’t smoke.

No pets sorry, our cat wouldn’t be happy.

Couples considered but will cost more.

We’re a couple in our 30’s with a kitty cat. We’re friendly but mostly do our own things. We have no kids and won’t be having any.
