🏡The house: Located in Botany/East Tamaki Heights, a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Botany town centre is located 2 minutes drive. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk. There is off street parking or plenty of parking on the road. Currently one male and one female living at the property.
The kitchen is brand new with new appliances the house has the following, Washing machine, Smart TV, Heat pump, BBQ, outdoor table, etc
🛏️ The room: Room is carpeted with a new storage system in the wardrobe. The room has a King single bed, desk. Also has an HRV ventilation system so windows stay dry. You will have your own brand new bathroom with a bath and shower.
Water, power and Wi-fi add $30 per week house is fully furnished.
