WiFi and reasonable power, Not a party house and the room does not allow partners to stay or children. MUST be clean and tidy, House as double glazed windows and insulation floor and ceiling. Has conservatory if you are a smoker and large outside deck that’s covered. House as just been renovated now as 2 toilets, new kitchen and open plan living in the kitchen / lounge and a new shower. Own double fridge that’s shared with my other boarder.
