Includes all housework cleaning done by owner so you can just work and relax on your days off. All cleaning products including toilet paper and washing powder, soap, body wash . Full use of kitchen equipment included in Rent.

Sheets washed NO cleaning required apart from your cooking in the kitchen. WiFi and reasonable power, Not a party house and the room does not allow partners to stay or children. MUST be clean and tidy, House as double glazed windows and insulation floor and ceiling. Has conservatory if you are a smoker and large outside deck that’s covered. House as just been renovated now as 2 toilets, new kitchen and open plan living in the kitchen / lounge and a new shower. Own double fridge that’s shared with my other boarder.
