Large house that has been divided into 3 units, the room available is large and can fit a queen bed along with other bedroom furniture, the previous flat mate has left behind a built wardrobe and a room heater. The room available is the bigger room of the flat. The apartment is furnished it is just the bedroom that will not be. There is on street parking that is available 24/7 that is free. I have a cat who is quite friendly but shy. The flat is in a central location with a bus stop outside the house. We have shops within a 10 minute walk in pretty much all directions this includes a gym and supermarket. All utilities are included in the rent and we also have a heat pump installed. I am a 22year old girl who works full time hospo hours so will be out of the flat early morning, very tidy, friendly and independent, I like to keep busy and am always down for a chat. I also have a cat whose name is Patches, he’s very sweet but takes a while to warm up to people
