Queen sized bedroom with double wardrobe is $220 pw plus expenses. Bedroom comes unfurnished XL king sized bedroom with double wardrobe is $260 pw plus expenses. Bedroom comes unfurnished If a couple, rent per week is negotiable depending on the room you choose. Household furnishings welcome as I am moving into it at the same time. Viewing of the home and vacancy of the room will be after 23rd September as this is when I am purchasing the property.
Expenses to be shared by all occupants will include power, internet, water, and communal cleaning items and food.
Bond is 2 weeks rent and rent is to be paid fortnightly in advance. Total move in costs are either $1000, or $1,160 dependant on the room you choose.
