The room is furnished with bed, mattress, cabinets and bedside table.

The house has stunning views to the river all across the kitchen and living room, it is spacious, has a pool, a big garden, and a hut with views to the river.

The property is fully furnished (kitchenware, washing machine & dryer, TV in lounge, etc) and there is parking space available. Located 15 minutes by car to the CBD and one block to the bus station.

The weekly cost is $180+$25 expenses ($205). The expenses include: power, illimited fibre, water, firewood, cleaning products and pool products.

2 Weeks bond ($410) and 2 weeks in advance. ($410)

I will leave the country for a while, so looking for another female to take this room. The max stay is until mid/ December, there is flexibility. Students welcome.
