Room for rent, kelburn. Hi, I have a room available in a two bedroom flat and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The flat is fully furnished other than the room. Rent will be $270 with expenses being about $30 a week (power and internet).

You will be living with a female teacher in her 30s and her cat. She enjoys being socaial but also a quiet night in. She is pretty active and likes going for a walk but also enjoys board games and movies.
