Option 2 Double room with wardrobe. The room comes with a double bed and a separate bathroom and shower, which is exclusive to the tenant. Rent is $290 week.
House has a 1000mbs fast internet connection.
Weekly Rent includes all utility cost (water, internet and fair use of electricity). We have a cleaner who comes monthly to clean the common areas, which is included in the weekly rent.
