INCLUDED: A furnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, bedding, queen sized bed, chest of drawers & armchair. An adjoining bathroom with full length linen cupboard, shower, WC & vanity with under sink drawers and cupboards. An adjoining sunroom with window seat, small table & two chairs, and fabulous estuary view.
A kitchenette (accessible via a shared passage) contains a stove, fridge, full length pantry, under-sink cupboards & drawers, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. Electricity. Broadband up until it goes beyond our monthly limit of 300GB (which has never so far happened).

A SHARED laundry adjoining the kitchenette NOT INCLUDED: Consumables e.g. food, laundry powder.

Total water bill to be split evenly between the number of residents in the house i.e. 3 ways for a solo tenant and 4 ways if it’s a couple.

Available now $ 300 per week for solo $350 if a couple

We are a mature friendly reliable couple living within walking distance to a Shopping Centre which includes a Supermarket & Pharmacy. We are looking for a person, or couple who are quiet, honest, reliable, clean & tidy. Our living quarters are mainly upstairs whereas the rooms described above are downstairs.
