Room two (pics 1-3) $250 p/w :- A little bit smaller - double or queen size bed will fit. There is a single bed in the room at the moment. Can be removed if required.

The bedroom-upstairs, there a bathroom - only has a bath and vanity with a separate toilet. The shared kitchen and bathroom shower are downstairs.

Quiet area and a quiet neighbourhood. Looking for quiet, clean and tidy flatmate(s). The house is bright inside, great size kitchen. Would love a flat mate who enjoys cooking. A small courtyard to sit out the back.

All parking will need to be on the road.

My son and I rent the house. I have the master bedroom that’s upstairs. My son’s bedroom is downstairs next to the garage. Great spacious kitchen with an island, open plan with dinning room and lounge. The garage has an open office to be used. There is a washing machine and dryer we all can use. We are down to earth. Both working. Sorry no pets or smokers. The rent will cover general usage of power, water and internet.
