We have a double room available in this awesome 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in Parnell. The flat is right next to the Auckland Domain, Parnell shops, and bus stops. It’s a great location for students (5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk to UoA/AUT) and a five minute walk from Newmarket!

The room is nice and airy with wooden floors and big windows which open out to the deck. There is plenty of space for a large bed and desk and a wardrobe comes with the room. There is also plenty of cupboard space in the lounge which you can use for storage.

Expenses: Rent is $250/week + utilities (power, water, wifi) which will be evenly split amongst all flatmates

Move in costs are $1,250, which is 4 weeks bond ($1,000) and 1 week rent in advance

Move in date: 1st Jan

Parking: The property has one parking spot which will be occupied most of the time. Permit for street parking in parnell can be transferred to you if needed.
