Quiet, sunny Lockwood home on the western side of Whitby. Established garden, deck and sea view. Close to walkways. Bus stop and service station 10 mins walk. House is 3 br with woodburner and new heat pump. Smallish room available, looking for a quiet single person in full-time work or study. Whole property including grounds is non-smoking. Garage parking may be available (extra charge).

Share with 2 other humans, 2 cats. All ‘mature’ in our own way 😉 except for 1 cat who still thinks she’s a baby. Quiet place with established garden. Owner is Prof f, early 60s, semi-retired, active lifestyle. Other flatmate (f) is owned by the cats, likes music and staying in.
