Close to all local amenities. Plenty off street parking. There is a heatpump, gas heater, gas stove washing/dryer machine, microwave fridge, bbq, 2 bathrooms, garage and nice back yard to chill out. Rent for single person for the onsuite is $320.00 wk exp incl For the single room $250.00 exp incl Move in cost 3 wks bond 1wk rent. You will be living with 2 male professionals who are clean tidy respectful over 30’s who work full time like their own space from time to time & enjoy a few bevies on the weekend.
