Seeking a cool single or couple to move into our Mt Eden flat. The room is available now and you’ll be joining 2 other housemates.

Room is $295 for single person Or $335 for a couple Bills are additional and are split evenly

Our house is on a quiet street in Mt Eden (near the summit / train station). It has a big, modern kitchen and open plan living area; with doors that open out onto the deck and our backyard. It’s a great location - handy to to the city, Kingsland and Newmarket. Also Mibo Cafe is just a short walk away for delicious pastries and coffee; as is a great fish and chip shop!

The bedroom comes unfurnished but does have a wardrobe. We also have a big attic with heaps of storage space if you need. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with 1 other person (female).

There are 2 current flatmates in our early - mid 30s (1 girl, 1 guy) & we work in media / marketing roles Mon-Fri. We’re pretty chilled and tidy, and some of our hobbies include hiking, basketball, comedy shows, live music & travel. We’re friendly, enjoy a yarn after work but equally like doing our own thing. Ideal flatmates are a friendly and tidy people in their mid 20s - 30s.
