Hi, I have a room available from early-mid November until 31st December 2023, with the opportunity to resign for 2024 :)

This lovely modern flat is located on Cargill Street, Dunedin. It offers excellent location (right behind the Meridian Mall) and is close to everything - hospital, campus, city centre, you name it! This is a 5-person 3 floor flat. There is a toilet on each floor, so you will only have to share bathroom with one flatmate. Very modern and clean; easily one of the better flats out there in Dunedin. The room is on the first/middle floor, which has the biggest balcony of all the rooms, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Dunedin. Gets good sun ☀️ Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, heater, balcony, bedside table, 2 drawers. The closet also has plenty of space.

We are a group of 3 M and 2 F, who are all studying. I am a third-year medical student working part-time. The preferred flatmate will be someone who is clean, tidy, has common sense and pays their bills on time :)
