We’re on the hunt for 2 new people to join our flat. We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy, and likes dogs (as we have one).

Bedroom 1 is available now Bedroom 2 is available from November Both unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished.

Rent is $200 p/w including expenses and essential groceries; otherwise we buy our own food. Any additional costs are split between us.

Bond is $500 Plus a weeks rent in advance of $166 Total move in cost $666

No dogs, but a cat can be considered.
