Property is on a gradient with the house tucked into the hillside, decked area in the front with small grass from yard. Large backyard area. Room for BBQ’s n the deck in summer and a nice view from the dinning area. Not your standard house with four fences. Room is downstairs in a two story house and is a very large (almost 2 doubles) bedroom. You can also utilize the downstairs “rumpus” style room for your own chill out area. Parking is on street. Rent includes Power, Internet, Gas BYO food OR food can be negotiated depending on your situation for the right person. Close by is the Base, City Centre, Bus travel, Wintec, local schools etc… House is 80’s and in need of some upgrades however is still pleasant enough, super fussy types best look elsewhere for a up to date home.

Currently both downstairs rooms are free and the downstairs area, there is also a single toilet downstairs. Separate toilet from bathroom upstairs.

Working professional 40’s with children, Me, and my daughters on alternating nights. We go out and have fun (family fun) but are also home bodies. This is not an A typical flat mate situation we are looking for someone that will fit in with us, this is a family home so other solo parents in similar situations would be considered. Happy to do their own thing would work best.
