Current flatmate is the house owner, I am not home a lot, so am after someone who doesn’t mind this and keeps to themselves.

Rent includes unlimited wifi, power is split every month, which is really cheap. No pets or smokers.

One existing female flatmate (homeowner) who doesn’t mind someone who wants to chat or keep to themselves. Also away often, so not always home.
