The house is a 4 bedroom Rimu Cottage with Landscaped Gardens, 2 courtyards and 2 off street parks. Upstairs there is a modern kitchen and bathroom with all appliances, kitchenware supplied. There is an open plan lounge and dining with open working fireplace and cedar bifolds to large deck with park views and a glimpse of Hobson Bay There are also two bedrooms on this level. One is a master suite with 2 huge wardrobes. The other is a standard room on the corner of the house with rimu floors and lead light windows Downstairs is a modern laundry with Bosch Washing Machine There is a medium sized Bedroom with terracotta tiles and in floor heating The room has its own private entry and secluded courtyard with mature garden There is another bedroom which is occupied by owner.
At this stage I have not put up photos of the rooms as there is still furniture in them. the 3 rooms that are available will be photographed and posted on Sunday 9/10/22.

At this stage there is only one roomie. Rob who is the owner.I am a fit Pakeha man My usual occupation is as a landscaper. I have a labrador dog and a cat. i enjoy walking watching movies, playing computer games and a rum and coke. I love cooking. Fijian prawn and chicken curries are some of my better dishes. I am well mannered and try to respect people equally Although I will be the landlord, i will still be one of the flatmates with the same privileges and rules as everyone else
