Emma's room

My husband and I have a beautiful 4 bedroom home and are looking to rent out the downstairs room. The property has a bathroom upstairs that would be your private bathroom. There is a toilet downstairs that is shared and we have our own bathroom. The property is 15 min walking to the ferry and shops (count down, new world, chemist ect.). There are a lot of great restaurants and cafes all within walking distance as well. All bills are in the cost of the room.

We are a professional couple. Both working full time. Clean, tidy and approachable. We are fairly quiet during the week abs don’t mind having a quiet casual drink on the weekends.
