♧Smaller Room - 3rd Room: Sunny One Window Single room but can fit double bed and desk.

◇ The house is mostly furnished and comes with a fridge and washing machine. Also includes a dishwasher and heat pump.

◇ Shared house, bathroom etc.

◇ Sorry No Pets allowed

◇ One existing flatmate is a working professional in his 40’s. He mostly keep to himself but sometimes share a meal together and he loves to cook, BBQ and having a chat.

◇ 1 Parking in Garage with elec door. Plenty on-street parking. Bus stop across the street.

◇ Bond and 2 weeks rent in advance are required. You will be needing to sign onto the lease.

◇ Move in date from 14 October.
