Magdala Street

This is a double room in a 3 bedroom house. It comes with a free-standing wardrobe and room for all your bedroom furniture. The rest of the house is fully furnished. We have a wetback fire which is perfect for those colder days as well as a heatpump and heat transfer unit so it is shared around the rooms. We also have a huge backyard with a deck that gets all day sun, perfect for a summer drink and BBQ. We all pay extra each week to cover the bills which includes power, internet, waste, firewood etc.

We are 3 yo-pros in our 20s-30s. We enjoy a cuppa or a wine together but also enjoy our own time every now and then too. We all have different schedules with a mixture of working from home and working later shifts. We are looking for somebody in their 20s-30s who is respectful, reliable, fun and who fits nicely into our lovely home.
