Short term rental available. Minimum 1 week maximum 8 weeks. 3 bedroom house in a private driveway with security gates; shared pool; great back deck, separate dining and lounge. Share bathroom with one other part time flatmate. 5 minutes walk to bus stop and supermarket, 10 minutes walk to local cafes, bars, shops and farmers market. Lovely big park nearby. 3 other houses in complex with super nice neighbours. Street parking only.

We are a couple: restaurant owner & tradie. I work some nights and my partner has early starts. I enjoy relaxing at home when not working, appreciate the quiet but also enjoy a chat, some tv and a wine or two! Partner is into his gaming and share trading. Also 1 male uni student (my son) who lives with us part time, works hospo and is fairly quiet when home Looking for someone who is independent but happy to share a glass of wine sometimes in a chilled environment
