Kate's room

*I am currently looking for someone to take over my room for the summer till the end of February with the potential to extend. Sorry about the bad photo’s old relator listing + Photo of the desk. More available upon request.

The room is a large queen bed with a built-in wardrobe and dresser, private ensuite and corner desk. The house is excellent and really spacious with a fantastic kitchen/dining, a conservatory (granted it’s mostly filled with boxes), a nice backyard, a veggie patch to be, a large lounge and off-street parking. It’s in a nice and handy area near the hospital, lake, shops and bus stops with pretty much everything easily accessible. We may be open to a cat upon request*

The two other flatmates are in their 20s tidy and chill, it’s a pretty quiet and uneventful household. We don’t expect much of a new flatmate just someone who is friendly and can adhere to a reasonable level of common sense and decency.
