Hey everyone!

We have three rooms becoming available in our St Heliers flat. One is available ASAP and the other two will be available in the coming weeks.

The first room will be $220pw plus $15 expenses ($235 in total). It is a decent size (will comfortably fit a queen sized bed and other small furniture), has a built in double wardrobe and gets plenty of sun. Available now and looking for someone to move in as soon as possible!

The second and third rooms are perfect for a couple who would like two rooms (Perfect as a bedroom + office!) It will be $360 Plus $15 expenses each. The main room is the master which is the biggest room in the house. It has a double wardrobe and plenty of light. The other room is on the smaller side but will two fit two desks plus some other small furniture and has a single wardrobe.

The house is large and spacious with lots of sun. It’s near the beach and very close to lots of amenities such as gas stations, supermarkets, takeaways, and restaurants. We are close to many bus stops and a train station, providing direct routes to the CBD, Hospital, and more! The upstairs living room, kitchen and dining area are largely open plan, overlooking the Apirana Reserve & the surrounding Pony Club.

You will be living with 4 other people and 1 cat in our early 20’s (the cat isn’t in her early 20’s, just the people) We are all young professionals with full time jobs but love to be social with each other when we aren’t working.
