We’re looking for an honest, friendly person or couple who pay on time to take over the biggest room in the house. *Must love dogs ** Must be respectful & LGBTQI friendly ***Our house is 420 friendly

Huge room with double wardrobe available in Otahuhu bungalow. Nice big sheltered deck & bbq, off street parking, all mod cons, Alarm, CCTV, DVS, Spa, 2 fridge freezers. Ultra fast fibre WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
House is fully furnished. Smokers outside ok.

Close to both motorways, Sylvia Park. 5 min walk to train/bus station, supermarket, recreation centre, pools.

House is fully fenced so would consider a small (under 15kgs), friendly, house trained dog to join my dogs too. My dogs are well behaved, small older dogs. Unfortunately we can’t have cats as my terrier is a terrorist :(

We’re easy going, straight up people who are happy to do our own thing, enjoy music, have make your own pizza nights or hang out on the deck kinda people.

Additional Costs EXPENSES include Power, WIFI, Water; plus House Kitty which is $10 per week & pays for household items like toilet paper, toothpaste, cleaning products, green bin, alarm monitoring, bbq gas etc. MOVE IN COST: BOND 3 weeks rent + 1 week in advance
