Therefore, we’re looking for two people to join them in this beautiful house, one for small room upstairs & one for this room downstairs. =)

About this Room: This bedroom is located downstairs with a view of the front yard, massive wardrobe, very private, close to bathroom & toilet. you will have a large additional storage ‘cardboard under the stairs’ to store additional items. You’ll share the bathroom & toilet with the tenant in upstairs bedroom.

The Room is UNFURNISHED.

About the House: The house is fully furnished with all essential household. Some are shown in the photos, examples: Kitchen essentials, living & dining room furniture, Laundry with Washing machine & Cloth dryer.

You’ll share the kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, with all other tenants. No parking available on the driveway but plenty off-street parking.

Rent required for 2 weeks paid ($285 per week) in advance and one week rent as BOND $285 = So $855 to be paid in advance.

Rent includes: Power + Gas + Water + Wi-Fi (Ultra-Fiber) + Lawn maintenance
