4 bedroom house, warm, sunny, great location close to beaches, New World supermarket, Blake Park, the Mount etc. The room is a semi-furnished with queen bed, double room with single wardrobe. There’s a big deck, lawn, and a sunroom to enjoy also. The “bills” include room, internet and power. My “roomie” just moved out yesterday after 8 months to continue her travel 😢

I am a mature, single, full time working, full time parent of 2 gorgeous boys 14 and 16 We have 2 cats and a dog. I’m a bit of a home body, come the weekend I’m tired. Boys are at school or at mates or my older boy is at his part time job. We are clean and tidy and I take pride in my home. I expect the same back.
