Hello A fully furnished room is available for short term in a 4 bedroom house from 30th Oct to 6th Dec, dates are negotiable. The rent is $220 including internet, power will be shared among 4 people. The house is located 2 mins walk away from Courtney place on a quiet street. It’s a massive 4 bedroom furnished house.

up I’ll be sharing with 3 other flatmates who are working professionals in their late twenties, we all are very friendly and love to watch movies together in the evening.
