Our flatmate has decided to move in with his partner so we are on a hunt for a flatmate in our near new 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom house.

We have a sunny spacious master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom up for grab

Room will tentatively be available on 4 November

Location:Hobsonville, Auckland -$290 p/w for one person including utilities (power, water, gas, fibre plus. Fair usage applies) -The room is furnished with queen size bed and desk -Room size: 4m x 3.5m. -Please come and see the room yourself. The photos do not do any justice.

• Kitchen utensils and cutlery all available for sharing if preferred.

3 min drive to Countdown and New World, 10 min drive to Westgate, 20 min drive to Albany, 6 min drive to Hobsonville ferry terminal

Total move in cost is 2 weeks of bond and 1 week of rent in advance.

No pet allowed. Couples may be considered

We are the owners of this house and have 2 children, 2 yr 9 mths and 6 yo. They have lived together with other people in the house since they were born so they know how to respect our flatmates’ personal space. We are in our 30s and are very chill people.

We also have another flatmate occupying another room. You hardly see him at home because he works very long hours and keeps things to himself.

It’s not a party house but we occasionally have chats in the common areas when we see each other.
