About the room
SUBLETTING OVER SUMMER. VERY CHEAP!!!!
I am looking to sublet 1 bedroom of our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom Thorndon flat over the summer holidays (from early November to mid January). Would be ideal for a summer school student.
Note: 2 other rooms are available too!
Central Location: Grant road, Thorndon
- Room: $190
- Bond = rent x 4 (Prices exclude expenses)
Bedroom will be unfurnished. Before subletters move in we plan to put a dining table and seating in the kitchen.
You will be flatting with one girl and one boy over this period. An ideal tenant to fill this room will be friendly and respectful of the property and tenants living below.
About the roomies
You will be flatting with one film student (girl) and one architecture student (boy) both going into their second year at Victoria University, we have just secured this flat for next year and Our move in date is the 29th of October, the landlord will have the property cleaned and empty by this date!
We also have 2 other rooms available so 3 total if you would like to move in with a friend or two
