Hey we have a not-far-from-town flat, would suit: yo-pro/city worker, postgrad or student, creative type that’s involved with film, music, arts or similar Flat is about 10-12 minutes walk from basin reserve next to Hataitai shops, central city area, there is also a walking path/scenic city track to Newtown/Mein St area if you need to get there. off-street parking only bus-stop less than one block away Room is approx. 175 dollars per week wi-fi, bills, appliances, cleaning products included. some conditions about the building to be aware of: non-smokers only, pets are not permitted two bathrooms, showers The house is: old - it’s a 1940-50s era two story home, so some areas are fairly weathered, a patch of carpet near the wardrobe is in substandard condition. Room in general, kitchen, bathroom fine however. Lastly, please note room is available immediately, as in it was vacated over two weeks ago, we need a flatmate pretty darn soon If needed, we can possibly help with a van if you need help moving stuff Please get in touch with any other questions!
