Aorangi Terrace

Looking for a couple to fill a spacious room in our large Thorndon house! The room has a built-in double wardrobe and gets great natural light. It’s a great property with a private deck that gets lots of sun and a large easily accessible attic space with room for heaps of storage. It has a gas radiator heating system that is super powerful and has kept us super toasty the last few months. The property is super close to Thorndon New World, Tinakori village and is only an easy 15/20 minute walk into the CBD. Resident and coupon parking available as well. Move-in dates are flexible but would likely be from mid to late November. The rent is 480 per week (240 per person). PM us for any info or to organise a viewing.

You’ll be living with two great flatmates, one is an embryologist finishing off her masters degree and the other is a young professional working in building insurance. We are pretty busy but enjoy the occasional drink or flat activity.
