Available for rent until 27th February 2023. Perfect as a transition room or to get established here in Auckland. This room/house is in a very handy location right on Balmoral Road. Easy access to the city and southern and western motorways. There are bus stops only 2 minutes walk both left and right of the driveway. Also a handy bus stop on Mount Eden road only 5 minutes walk around the corner. The house is quiet even though it is close to the main road. Thankfully the house in front blocks most of the noise! Supermarkets are in every direction only 6-7 minutes away. and Farro is about 2-3 minutes drive. We do like to keep this house clean but is fairly effortless.

We are generally a very peaceful house, and you will sometimes not notice anyone is home. Sometimes we do enjoy catching up and socialising every so often. We are respectful of privacy and quietness at night-time. We are inclusive and friendly!
