Hello! My partner and I are moving overseas so we’re looking for a couple in their early 20’s to take over our rooms in St Heliers!

The cost will be $360 (plus $15 expenses per person) with this you get the master bedroom and a smaller room. The master has a double wardrobe, and the other room has a single wardrobe (so lotsss of wardrobe space between the two rooms!). Both get plenty of sunlight! Move in dates can be discussed, but needs to be within the month 😊

The house is large and spacious with lots of sun. It’s near the beach and very close to lots of amenities such as gas stations, supermarkets, takeaways, and restaurants. We are close to many bus stops and a train station, providing direct routes to the CBD, Hospital, and more! The upstairs living room, kitchen and dining area are largely open plan, overlooking the Apirana Reserve & the surrounding Pony Club.

You will be living with one other couple, one single and 1 cat in our early 20’s (the cat isn’t in her early 20’s, just the people). We are all young professionals with full time jobs, but love to be social with each other when we aren’t working.
