This is a NIGHTLY rate. Weekends (some Thursdays too) only for someone trustworthy and keen for a private Takapuna stay during the every second weekend … happy to vacate Friday mornings. A studio apartment in the Spencer on Byron. Furnished . Amazing city views. Gym . Pool etc
I stay here on every second weekend(like this weekend ) . Strictly No Smoking. In or on balcony. No cooking..just microwave and fridge, toaster and kettle. Utensils provided. Cleaning fee $25
