Hey! We are looking for two awesome new flatmates or one couple!

Ideally working full or part time. We are not a party house but do enjoy one or two drinks on a afternoon together.

Based in flagstaff, $180 per week excluding expenses. And two weeks of rent for bond adding to $360.

Rooms have lots of sun perfect for those cooler spring mornings, and has HRV! The rooms are private from both living areas. There is a generous sized bathroom and separate toilet that would be shared between the two people.

Both living areas have ranchsliders that open out to the backyard which will be perfect for summer! And the generous sized backyard to sit out and enjoy the fresh air, we do have seating outside just not in photos! We do have a cat so being okay with animals is a must!
