Looking for someone to take over my room on Heriot Row from November 2022 (negotiable) to the end of February 2023.

It’s located right in the city centre: a 5-minute walk to Merdian mall, a 10-minute walk to Octagon, a 10-minute walk to the University, and 8 minute walk to Moana Pool.

The $190/week room is fully furnished and covers all utilities (electricity, wifi, weekly cleaner for communal areas and weekly rubbish bin collection). It also has street parking. You’ll be sharing the common lounge, bathroom, and kitchen with 2 lovely flatmates.

This room is rent per room-by-room basis so you won’t engage with your flatmate much. Plus, most flatmates are either students or working professionals.
