Two rooms with plenty of storage available in this three bedroom 1 bathroom plus additional toilet house.

The house has a heatpump and woodburner to stay warm. There is also a brand new induction stove with double oven for those who love to cook

The rooms both a decent size and both come with large/multiple wardrobes. There is also a King Single bed available if you want.

Just around the corner are the Caversham shops, including a Night ’n Day, a coffee shop, a fruit and vege shop and bus stops. There are multiple parks in the area.

Just a 5 minute drive into the city, a 10 minute bus ride, or a 40 min walk.

You’ll be living with the home owner, mid-20s woman, who is a working professional, and an Australian Terrier. I am keen to have people around that are good to chat and hangout with but also respect each others space.
