We are looking for a flatmate to join our 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment in Parnell. 2min walk to bus stops and Parnell shops and a 10-15min walk to the University and 5min drive to Countdown Quay Street. Tamaki Drive is also a short walk away if you like running/walking along the waterfront.

You’ll be living with 2 flatmates. 30M working professional working full time in IT and a 21F full time student studying CompSci at UoA.

We’re looking for a late 20s/early 30s short term flatemate who pays rent on time, clean, tidy, friendly and would like a quiet place to live in. We’re out and about a lot of the time and use the apartment to relax and chill out. Definitely not a party house.

Hey I’m Joe, born in NZ, work in IT as a consultant and am pretty quiet, like my own space but still friendly enough :) outside of work I’m usually out and about having dinners or at the gym so I’m not home too much other than to sleep or rest up.
