Room is in tidy, sunny 3 bedroom house, in private setting at end of right of way. Can be furnished if you need (I have extra bed and furniture). Sunny shared lounge and kitchen. Nice friendly quiet neighbours. Very close to township, 3 mins drive to Warehouse and Pak n Save.

I am the house owner and only person currently living there. I’m a tidy and friendly person, I mostly keep to myself but also enjoy meeting new people. Looking for someone tidy and respectful of shared spaces
