Sunny room available in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Hataitai. It has stunning views of Evans Bay in the communal spaces. You can watch planes taking off and landing, and you can even see out to the cook strait! It’s really spacious, with lots of storage in the room. Has a separate dining room and lounge, both quite big, and furnished with couches, tables, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer (the bedroom will be unfurnished). There is also a grassy front yard.

Convenient location - really handy to town, bus stop down the hill just 7 minutes walk! Equally you can also walk to Kilbirnie supermarkets. It’s also pretty close to Hataitai beach, which is really great in the summer! ☀

The rent is $230/wk for singles, or $190/wk each for couples. Ideal tenants are tidy and reliable. No pets, bond is 4 weeks rent. Bills are around $20/wk usually.

Our room will be available to move in from the 10th November. Landlord is pretty chill, but fixes things fast.
