Looking for someone to sublet this room until the lease ends on 10th February 2023. Flat is in Hamilton East, a 5 minute walk from Waikato uni, and in a complex of 8 units, so please be mindful if living in a student area is appropriate for you. Room is large, 4.2m x 3m and has a big wardrobe with shelving and a mirror. Comes unfurnished and gets the afternoon sun 🌞

You will be living with 4 others, 3 males and 1 female, ages 19 to 24: a builder, law student (4th year), accounts manager, and psychology student 4th year). All very friendly but equally independent people, this is not a party flat.
