Sorry the photos don’t do it justice. The room is big enough for a double bed. King single bed, bedside table and lamp can be easily removed for any furniture you may have. It gets the afternoon sun so is nice and warm. Has best view of park, farmland and sunset over towards Kaimai’s. The house is only a 2 bedroom - available room and kitchen at one end with 2nd bedroom and bathroom/laundry at the other, dining and lounge in middle. Close to Welcome Bay shops, bus stop 2 min walk up the road. Park with basketball, netball and tennis courts with a reserve just across the road, at back of property.

40 year old professional, works full-time during the week, likes doing gardening on the weekends or taking the dog for walks. Easy-going, tidy and approachable (both myself and the dog). Am friendly, always up for a chat, but can be bit of an introvert, so keep to myself mostly until you get to know me. Love reading, watching movies/ tv shows.
