The flat is located in a fantastic spot in Epsom just off Landscape road. Westfield St Lukes and Newmarket are accessible by a ten minute drive, and there are also plenty of bus stops practically on the flat’s doorstep. The section is just down the road from the Dominion road strip, so its super convenient to grab something to eat or meet up with friends! The house is at the back of a secure section and there is a ton of free on-street parking.

The flat has a spacious kitchen and living area, complete with a newly installed dishwasher and heat pump. There is a backyard that gets sun all day in summer and combined with the large patio is perfect for entertaining.

The room fits a double bed and desk set up, with a very spacious built-in wardrobe. The room does not come furnished. There is a large bathroom shared with one other flatmate.
