About the room
Our lovely uni student has finished her degree and is back off home out of Auckland so we have our sun drenched room available.
We are a flat of 4 people - 3 of us live in the downstairs unit (2 adults, 1 child) so you would only be sharing the upstairs level (lounge,kitchen,bathroom) with one other.
The room is a double room where you can fit a bed, drawers, side tables. It has an inbuilt wardrobe
The house is located in Glenfield - walking distance to the mall - has Pak and Save at the end of the road and close to North Shore Hospital. There is a bus stop directly outside the house which can take you to AUT direct. It’s about 20mins to the city.
It is a 5 min drive to either Northcote or Tristram on/off ramp for easy motorway access. 10min drive to Albany/Birkenhead/Takapuna. 15 min drive to City.
About the roomies
We are a quiet flat who generally stick to ourselves however if we are in the communal areas are always up for a chat. We are all super chill and easy going.
