Renown Road

This is for a long term mainly, boarder in my own home , out in a country village security is good behind a 6 ft fence , just me living here when this becomes available. It’s a triple garage with 2 ranch sliders and a door , and lots of windows, you would share the house toilet and shower and kitchen, but I am working on getting all that put into the shed aswell, its lined and carpeted, POWER is included in the rent, but you’ll have to get the wifi on , a pole with lightwire is already on the property. You would buy your own food and toiletries, I’m a very laid back easy going 60 yr old , this is a safe secure place to live in a little dead end street 12 k,s out over the huntly bridge, cool neighborhood,
Would like a more mature person , There will be a new single bed and a wardrobe and some furniture , I have freezer space in one of 2 freezers here, I can be quite open to cheaper rent for someone that wants to do my lawns , I have a battery mower lol, or any other help around the house would be appreciated with ither meals or money off the rent . I have taken in boarder for years now, and have had pretty good luck with most of them, the better a boarder is , the more I will do to make there rooms better all the time, I treat people well if they do the same, all I ask is your rent payed on time, and respect my property and belongings . As I will do to yours , if you like to do a vege garden there is plenty of space for that too, I dont mind smokers , but dont smoke in the house , , I have a nice sunny deck for the summer and winter ,

I’m easy going , like a drink now n then , but not drunks, dont mind a bit of loud music now n then, Bit of a ole hippy biker chick . Could possibly think about someone with a pet aswell,
